The
key to producing effective protective apparel lies in the fabric. We work
very closely with our fabric suppliers in Europe, America and the Far
East to ensure that we are able to supply the right industrial protection
at the right price. Most of the fabric used for this purpose is EN certified
to specific industrial risks. In order to give our customers a quick response
we carry a small range of specialized fabrics such as Nomex III, Proban
and Tecasafe in our warehouse. For larger orders fabrics can be air freighted
within one week.
In addition we also produce general purpose workwear using cotton fabrics
ranging form 220 gms per square meter up to 340 gms per square meter.
Typically Boilersuits, Bibs and braces pants and dust coats are made up
of high quality low shrinking cottons.
Our main customers are in Europe and we have an increasing number of sales
into the South East Asian region.
Light weight items

Fabrics for trousers are usually sourced in ASEAN countries and consist of cotton twills and drills, Bengalene fabrics with and without spandex and Nylon/cottons. We produce both Men's and ladies trousers in casual look and dress finish.
Children's outerwear is produced for the Northern European markets, most of the fabrics used are Coated Nylons, Tactel and Beaver Nylon. Padding for the winter season is sourced in Thailand, they also provide quilting services.
Washing facilities and embroidery facilities are freely available in Laos at competitive prices.
